About
For years, I've gathered with my sisters, niece and mum to set and share our personal goals. We'd step out of our so-called 'busy' lives, sit around a kitchen table, and make it a goaldate. Maybe it's just me, but honestly, there is something so energising about pressing pause on life and planning what we want from the months ahead with intention.
Maybe it's the laughter. Maybe it's the social. Or maybe it's the bottle(s) of wine we sometimes share. More than anything it's that feeling of connected joy that makes our goaldates special. They're about welcoming change, and as cheesy as it sounds, sharing a moment to say "I believe in you, too".
Now you might prefer to work through this journal alone, quietly and reflectively, with a cup of tea and a moment of stillness. But if you're anything like me, you'll love the shared motivation of a group, it could be family, friends, partners or even new faces. Whoever you choose to experience it with, my hope is that goaldate gives you the space to set thoughtful, meaningful goals, and the connection of sharing your journey with others.
Love love, Lowri
